Privacy policy
Applies to the website reachinsight.app. Our Shopify apps and WordPress plugins have their own privacy notices.
1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Laravel Cloud. When you visit it, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short retention period. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider.
3. Cookies
Without your consent, the website sets only technically necessary cookies (a session cookie and a security token for forms). These are permitted under § 25(2) TDDDG without consent. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree to them (see section 4).
4. Web analytics
If you consent via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies (e.g. _ga) to recognise your browser and collects information about how you use this website, such as the pages you visit, the time spent, the referring website, your approximate location (derived from a shortened IP address), and device and browser information. We use this information only in aggregate to improve our website. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Advertising features are disabled.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Google Analytics is not loaded until you click "Accept". You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie settings" in the footer; the analytics cookies are then deleted. Further information: Google Privacy Policy.
5. Fonts
Fonts are served from our own server. No connection to third-party font providers is made when you visit the website.
6. Contact by email
When you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, subject to statutory retention periods.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
